Shoulder Trauma

Shoulder injuries is the most commonly occur in sportsmen and athletes participating in sports such as swimming, tennis, pitching and weightlifting. The injuries mainly are caused due to the excessive use or repetitive motion of the arms.

Shoulder injuries mainly cause pain, stiffness, restricted movements, difficulty in performing routine activities and a popping sensation.

Most common shoulder injuries are sprains and strains, dislocations, tendinitis, bursitis, rotator cuff injury, fractures and arthritis.
